Patrick Bullen BVSc MRCVS
Patrick is the practice principal. He qualified with a commendation (honours) from Liverpool University in 1992 and has since gained broad experience in practice both in the UK and overseas.
He has an extensive veterinary knowledge, together with a gentle,caring manner and he will treat your pet as he would one of his own.
Patrick is currently enrolled for the RCVS certificate in small animal internal medicine to complement his current general practioner skills. Essentially this is a distillation of his commitment to continuing education and clinical excellence within the practice.
Patrick shares his life with his wife Sarah, daughter Emma and their 7 pets. 'Maureen' is a yorkshire terrier cross, who he rescued after treating her life-threatening and extensive injuries sustained when she was thrown from a car .'Teddy' (pictured left with Patrick) has the body of a cavalier king charles spaniel but the mind of a springer spaniel. 'Lottie', 'Johnny' and 'JimBob' were all rescued as kittens and now rule the roost. 'Edith' and 'Beryl' are the meditteranean tortoises who weed the garden!.

Sarah Bullen
Patrick's wife Sarah works in the practice as practice manager. She also helps on reception when Sharon, Amie and Michele are having some well earned time off.
'Teddy' and 'Maureen' (pictured with Sarah) often keep her company whilst holding the fort.

Michele Tilley, VN
Michele is our practice nurse and has a wealth of experience. She has been a veterinary nurse for over 20 years which means your pets will be in the very best hands if they come in for treatment or a procedure. Michele owns a rescue collie cross called Badger (pictured here with Michele) and they can often be found walking the paths and woods of Valley Park because Badger is a very active dog who loves his walks!

Sharon Fisher
Sharon is one of our receptionists. She joins us with a wealth of customer service experience, having spent the last 15 years working in the financial services industry. Five of those years were as a team leader in an insurance company so Sharon is the ideal person to handle our insurance claims and is happy to help with any technical insurance query you may have. She has lived locally for nearly 20 years, is married to Mark and has 2 daughters, a newborn grandson and a mischievious cat called Archie.

Amie Griffin
As well as exceptional Reception experience, Amie also has a National Diploma in Animal Care from Sparsholt College and has experience of working with and handling various types of animals.
She has previously worked as a zoo keeper,has helped to rehabilitate injured and orphaned big cats, elephants and rhino in South Africa.
Amie has two cats, Rupert and Oscar, who she rescued as kittens from a train station and also has rescued rabbits and guinea pigs.
